As a follow-up to the United Nations World Conference Against
Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance
(WCAR), and the regional training workshop of the Asia Youth Network
for Human Development, national activities were held during the
September 2002 to February 2003 period.
